I’m a cheerful person with too much sense of perfectionism. I love Japanese and Japan, Cosplay, photography, travelling, voice acting and baking and I am eager to learn more about the things I love.
Most of the times I am working or studying, so I don’t have enough time for sewing everything I would like to create or work on my blog as much as I would like to. My patterns are mostly selfmade and I like to use the trial and error method. You learn more if you made a mistake, so you won’t do it a second time. At least that’s my opinion and my way to improve myself.
Each and every year I think about my cosplay plans: “I won’t plan that much costumes anymore!”, ending up with a bunch of new ones for the upcoming year which I most likely won’t finish due to not having enough time. If you want to know which costumes are planned or in progress, feel free to check out this page. If you want to know more about most of the costumes I made, feel free to click here.
In addition to sewing and making costumes I also love to be on stage. I want to participate in more contest somewhen in the future.
From 2009 to 2011 I attended a lot of small cosplay-contests. In 2012 a cosplay-friend and I participated in the DCM (German Cosplay Championship) prelims to test our skills. Due to our 2nd ranking we were able to go to the finals and made a great 11th ranking (out of 20).
With this blog I want to show you more detailed progress of my work and explain it properly.
